Who We Are

• The Pownal Historical Society, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization founded in 1994 by a group of people interested in learning more about the history of Pownal.
• We welcome the participation and involvement of any interested persons and encourage all members and interested parties to attend our Historical Society meetings, informal get-togethers and presentations held at the Solomon Wright Public Library throughout the year.
